Powerful instruments for process pressure, differential pressure, level and flow.

Pressure Measurement
Endress+Hauser’s pressure measurement portfolio spans absolute/gauge, differential pressure, and hydrostatic level, enabling reliable measurement of liquids, gases, and pastes, and supporting dp‑based flow when required. The family provides a consistent platform for monitoring, control and safety across process industries.
Core lines include Cerabar transmitters for absolute/gauge pressure, Deltabar for differential pressure (including the latest B‑generation), Deltapilot and Waterpilot for hydrostatic level, and Ceraphant compact pressure switches. The portfolio is organized by FLEX selections—Fundamental, Lean, Extended, Xpert—to match application criticality and lifecycle needs.
Transmitters employ piezoresistive measuring cells with metal diaphragms as well as Endress+Hauser’s oil‑free Ceraphire® ceramic technology for challenging media. Premium models achieve high accuracy and stability across wide ranges, supporting demanding safety, regulatory, and quality control requirements.
Integration is straightforward via 4–20 mA/HART, FOUNDATION Fieldbus, PROFIBUS PA, IO‑Link and PROFINET over Ethernet‑APL, with Bluetooth® for local setup and diagnostics. Many devices support in‑situ health verification without interrupting the process to reduce downtime and maintenance risk.
For pressurized vessels and columns, electronic differential pressure (eDP) systems such as Deltabar FMD71/FMD72 compute Δp digitally from two sensors, eliminating capillaries and mitigating temperature‑induced drift. Advanced diagnostics can also detect anomalies like plugged impulse lines, increasing availability and safety on critical services.
Typical uses include reactor and separator pressure, column headspace control, and seal systems in chemicals; steam drum, boiler, and header monitoring in power; pump protection, filter bed monitoring, and reservoir level in water/wastewater; hygienic tank and pipeline pressures in food and life sciences; plus slurry, digester, and tailings service in mining and pulp & paper.
Selection options cover wide ranges, process temperatures, and wetted materials, with flush/hygienic connections and approvals available. Where only threshold control is required, Ceraphant switches with IO‑Link provide cost‑effective monitoring, including 3‑A/EHEDG variants for sanitary service.
Engineers can filter by industry, protocol, and performance and configure devices using Endress+Hauser’s Applicator; the FLEX tiers help align complexity with need, from basic utilities to high‑end SIL‑rated duties. The breadth of options simplifies standardization while preserving fit‑for‑purpose selection and lifecycle confidence.
