Endress+Hauser’s iTHERM ModuLine extensive range of thermowells spans barstock and fabricated thermowells with threaded, flanged, weld‑in, and compression fittings, plus hygienic styles.

Straight, tapered, or stepped tips; immersion to 1500 mm; pressure to 500 bar; plus the helical iTHERM TwistWell for vibration control. This yields robust, maintainable points: wells shield sensors from mechanical and chemical stress. Inserts can be recalibrated or replaced without shutdown to reduce lifecycle cost.

Typical uses include process lines, reactors and tanks across chemical, oil & gas, power, mining, water/wastewater, food & beverage, and life sciences. Fabricated types speed response; PTFE or tantalum oversheaths serve highly corrosive media.

Compliance is built in: designs per DIN 43772, ASME and NAMUR NE 170, with metric and imperial hygienic variants to fit regional practice.
