Endress+Hauser’s Nutrient Analyzers & Sensors deliver continuous monitoring of ammonium, nitrate, nitrite, orthophosphate and total phosphorus in water. The portfolio combines Liquiline CA80 colorimetric analyzers with reagent‑free probes such as the optical Viomax CAS51D and ISEmax CAS40D. Many CA80 analyzers accept up to four Memosens sensors to form a station.

They’re very useful because regulation‑compliant colorimetry puts lab‑quality results online. Auto calibration/cleaning, low reagent use, and remote access via web server/fieldbus cut effort and enable traceable records.

Typical applications: wastewater - nitrification–denitrification control, blower energy, precipitation and effluent limits; drinking water; F&B; and surface‑water monitoring of nutrient loads.

Representative models: CA80PH (orthophosphate), CA80NO (nitrite), CA80AM (ammonium), and CA80TP (total phosphorus); plus CAS51D optical nitrate/SAC and CAS40D ion‑selective sensors. Liquiline CAT820/CAT860 sample‑prep eases installation; outputs: 0/4–20 mA, HART, Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP.
