Endress+Hauser’s ORP Sensors & Transmitters measure oxidation‑reduction potential (redox) to indicate a liquid’s oxidizing or reducing power. A noble‑metal electrode and Ag/AgCl reference generate a millivolt value via the Nernst equation for fast, comparable trends.

Built on Memosens/Liquiline, these measuring points deliver robust digital sensing and simple handling. Memosens 2.0 stores calibration/process data for predictive maintenance; Liquiline adds Heartbeat diagnostics, multiparameter expansion, and fieldbus/web access.

ORP tracks disinfection in drinking water and pools, steers aeration and nitrification/denitrification in wastewater, and guides neutralization/detox steps - cyanide oxidation, chromate reduction, electroplating baths, and flue‑gas scrubbing. 

Select digital ORP and combined pH/ORP electrodes (incl. rH) with gold or platinum tips and diaphragms matched to fouling - PTFE, ceramic, open aperture - plus flow, immersion, retractable and fixed assemblies. From CM72 to multi‑channel CM44x, Liquiline offers 0/4–20 mA, HART, PROFIBUS, Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, web‑server integration.
