Conductivity Sensors & Transmitters
Endress+Hauser conductivity sensors & transmitters measure how well liquids carry current, from ultrapure water to high‑conductivity media. The range includes conductive (2‑ and 4‑electrode) and toroidal/inductive sensors, paired with Liquiline transmitters and Memosens for plug‑and‑play handling.
E+H conductivity sensors & transmitters excel in control dosing, mixing, separation, and water/quality monitoring, plus early leak detection applications. Four‑electrode designs curb polarization; toroidal handles high conductivities and fouling. Factory‑measured cell constants and calibration standards support traceable accuracy; Memosens 2.0 is moisture‑immune.
Liquiline transmitters scale from DIN‑rail to field housings, accept multiple Memosens inputs with auto recognition, and integrate via 0/4–20 mA, HART and common fieldbuses with a built‑in web server; Bluetooth® eases setup. Compact combos and hygienic assemblies cover F&B; hazardous‑area variants exist.
Selection & applications: use conductive sensors for low conductivities in pure/ultrapure water; choose toroidal for milk, beer, or brine; 4‑electrode for wide ranges and phase separation. Typical tasks: process control, product monitoring, CIP cycles and water monitoring across F&B, chemical, life science, water, and power.
