Endress+Hauser iTHERM CableLine cable probes are compact RTD and thermocouple (TC) thermometers with a fixed, flexible cable. Available as bare insertion probes or with compression fittings; options include bayonet locks. The sheath contacts the medium directly for fast response. Metric, imperial, and plug‑connected variants fit diverse installs.

E+H iTHERM CableLine cable probes provide many benefits as they reach tight spots, bend to hard‑to‑reach points, and install quickly—often without a thermowell. User‑specified immersion lengths, variable connections, and single/dual elements ease standardization. Options include Ex approvals, rugged materials, and protection to IP66/67.

Typical applications: machinery, HVAC and storage monitoring, lab equipment and autoclaves, bearings, reactors, and surface or inline points. They also serve heat exchangers, furnaces, dryers, flue‑gas paths, and compressor stations. Use RTDs for stability and accuracy; TCs for very high temperatures and fast dynamics.

Selection tips: match type to medium and temperature, pick metric or imperial to suit plant standards, and use plug‑connected versions for quick changeout. Direct‑contact sensing maximizes response; optional fittings ensure sealing and repeatable insertion depth.
