Temperature Switches

Endress+Hauser temperature switches are compact RTD thermometers with integrated switching for monitoring and control. The lineup includes Thermophant T TTR31 for industrial installs and TTR35 for hygienic connections. Both cover −50…150 °C; TTR35 with a neck option reaches 200 °C. Select one or two PNP switches, or a PNP + 4–20 mA, with LEDs and a digital display.

TTR31, individually: a metric RTD compact thermometer with switch output for general industry. It uses a Class A Pt100 sensor for accuracy and stability and installs quickly via threaded or clamp connections. Setup via local keys or FieldCare/ReadWin.

TTR35, individually: an RTD compact thermometer with switch output for food & beverage and life sciences. It provides hygienic process connections and 3‑A compliance, the same PNP and 4–20 mA options, and an optional neck for service to 200 °C.

E+H temperature switches provide integrated electronics that enable limit control without a separate panel transmitter; wiring is simple and commissioning is fast. Pt100 sensing delivers accuracy, and the display simplifies setup and diagnostics. Wide connection options fit many installations.

Typical applications include over‑temperature shutdowns on heaters/heat exchangers; pump, fan, and compressor protection; cooling and utility skids; pipeline and tank monitoring; and packaging. Use TTR35 on hygienic lines, and TTR31 across chemical, water, power, and general manufacturing.
