They track separation zones in clarification and settling so you pump sludge—not water. Digital Memosens sensors pair with Liquiline transmitters to build expandable measuring points.

Real‑time values replace manual dips, speeding control of rakes and pumps while trimming polymer and energy. Proven ultrasonics ignore floating sludge, gas bubbles, and skimmers; predefined models speed setup. An optional wiper limits fouling for long maintenance intervals.

Typical uses: municipal & industrial wastewater—primary/secondary clarifiers, thickeners, RAS/WAS—plus drinking/process water for sedimentation control, filter monitoring, and backwash. Also mining/utilities for static & product separation, flotation, and reuse loops.

Turbimax CUS71D (0.3–10 m) with mounting hardware fits any basin. Integrate on Liquiline CM44x/CM442 to combine sludge level with pH, DO or turbidity. Connectivity: 0/4–20 mA, HART, PROFIBUS, Modbus RS‑485/TCP, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, Ethernet web server.
